Our ESD control panels support multiple fail-safe triggering inputs, including high/low pressure pilots (PSH/PSL), thermal fusible plug loops (for fire detection), manual remote ESD push buttons, and external solenoid signal trips from SCADA/PLC safety networks.

The control logic is designed so that any loss of pneumatic/hydraulic supply pressure, instrument air, or control power automatically depressurizes the actuator lines, driving the SSV or SCSSV safety valves into their pre-set closed position (Fail-Closed) to isolate the wellhead.

Our panels handle pneumatic supply pressures (typically 80–120 psi) and deliver hydraulic outputs up to 3,000 psi for SSVs and up to 10,000 psi for high-pressure SCSSVs. Systems are compatible with standard hydraulic oils, synthetic fluids, and water-glycol mixtures.

Yes. We offer pure pneumatic/hydraulic logic systems that contain no electrical components (inherently explosion-proof), as well as electric-hydraulic panels housed in explosion-proof enclosures rated for Class I, Div 1 / Div 2 or ATEX / IECEx Zone 1 / Zone 2 locations.

Each unit is supplied with a complete Quality Dossier, including Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) records, logic diagrams, dimensional drawings, material mill test certificates (MTC), and pressure test charts. Third-party FAT inspection (e.g., SGS, TÜV, BV) is also supported upon request.
