Why Choose a Dedicated Oilfield Pressure Testbay?

High-pressure hydrostatic and gas testing present catastrophic safety risks when performed in open workshop environments. A dedicated Oilfield Pressure Test Bay (PTB) provides total physical isolation, combining a blast-resistant containment chamber with remote PLC control systems to protect personnel while ensuring 100% test compliance.

Absolute Personnel Safety & Blast Protection:

Features reinforced blast-resistant walls, energy-absorbing containment barriers, and bulletproof observation windows (or HD CCTV cameras) to safely absorb high-pressure component failures up to 20,000+ psi.

Intelligent Remote Control & Video Monitoring:

Completely isolates operators in an air-conditioned control cabin or remote console room. Real-time test sequences and HD video monitoring allow safe oversight away from the pressure hazard zone.

Fully Automated Test Procedures & DAQ:

Automated pressure buildup, pressure holding, and depressurization cycles with real-time digital pressure-time curve plotting, automated bubble/leak counting, and tamper-proof PDF test report generation.

Flexible Modular & Containerized Deployment:

Available in stationary modular pressure test bays for indoor workshops, 20ft/40ft containerized mobile PTB units for field sites, or truck-mounted pressure testing bays for rapid deployment.

Why Choose Our Oilfield Pressure Testbay?

High-Pressure Containment & Safety Design

Heavy-duty, blast-resistant structures engineered to isolate personnel during ultra-high pressure hydro testing (up to 30,000 psi) and gas-tightness testing (up to 20,000 psi).

Dual-Media Air-Driven Hydro/Gas Systems

Driven by air-driven liquid/electrical plunger pump and gas boosters, supporting water, glycol, hydraulic oils, Nitrogen (N₂), and Helium (He) testing media.

Integrated PLC & Multi-Channel DAQ System

Features Siemens/Schneider PLC control, automated pressure-building/holding sequences, real-time pressure-time curve plotting, and digital test certificate generation.

Flexible Containerized & Modular Footprints

Available in standard 20ft/40ft DNV 2.7-1 offshore/CSC containers, stationary workshop pressure test bays (modular combination), or custom chamber dimensions tailored to fit large BOPs and wellhead trees.

HD Video Surveillance & Remote Interlocks

Equipped with explosion-proof PTZ cameras, bulletproof observation glass, and automatic safety interlocks that immediately bleed pressure if containment doors are opened.

100% Pre-Delivery FAT & On-Site Commissioning

Every unit undergoes complete Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with hydro/pneumatic loop certification. We provide complete site setup, FAT documentation, and operator training.

FAQs about Pressure Test Bay

A Containerized Pressure Test System houses the air-driven pressure control unit, PLC console, and operator office inside a mobile 20ft/40ft container for flexible site or yard deployment.

A Modular Pressure Testbay (PTB) typically includes a dedicated blast-resistant containment enclosure or bunker designed to physically isolate personnel from large-volume test specimens (such as BOP stacks and Christmas trees) during high-pressure testing. We supply both standalone mobile container systems and fully modular testbay chambers(3meters a section).

Our systems support dual-media testing: Hydrostatic pressure testing up to 30,000 psi (2,000 bar) using water or hydraulic oil, and High-Pressure Gas / Pneumatic testing up to 20,000 psi (1,400 bar) using Nitrogen (N2) or Helium (He). Pressure levels and booster ratios are fully customized based on your API 6A / API 16A equipment specifications.

Safety is maintained through complete physical separation. Operators control all operations from an isolated control cabin via PLC consoles and HD CCTV video monitoring. The system incorporates blast-resistant wall structures, automatic safety relief valves, high-pressure emergency vent valves, and door safety interlocks that automatically prevent pressurization if the testbay containment door is unlatched.

The system utilizes high-precision digital pressure transmitters (±1%FS accuracy) connected to an industrial PLC/PC data acquisition system (DAQ). It plots real-time pressure vs. time curves, records pressure drop/holding intervals, and automatically generates non-editable PDF test certificates
