L1M Series Air-Driven Liquid Booster Pump

CDI-L1M series are miniature air-driven liquid booster pumps with built-in single air-controlled 4-way pilot valve for automatic reciprocating motion. Powered by compressed air, they use the area difference between a large air piston and a small hydraulic plunger to generate high liquid pressure. The air drive section is made of oxidized aluminum alloy; pump head material can be carbon steel or stainless steel based on the medium. Drive piston diameter: 80 mm; recommended drive air pressure ≤ 8 bar; minimum start drive pressure: 3 bar. Compatible with hydraulic oil, water and most corrosive chemical liquids. Max output liquid pressure up to 400 MPa.

Core Advantage

  • High output pressure: max liquid pressure up to 400 MPa
  • Wide media compatibility: hydraulic oil, water, most corrosive chemical liquids; high reliability, long service life
  • Wide output range: works smoothly at low drive pressure; flow adjustable by changing air input
  • Flexible application: different pressure ranges via different models
  • Easy pressure adjustment: stepless output regulation by adjusting drive air pressure
  • Automatic pressure holding: auto restarts to compensate leakage and maintain stable pressure
  • Safe operation: air driven, no arc or spark, suitable for hazardous areas
  • Simple maintenance: few parts and seals, easy to service
  • High cost performance: auto slowdown & stop at set pressure, low energy consumption
  • Lightweight, portable, large flow, wide pressure range
  • Manual or automatic control available
  • No electricity needed, explosion‑proof.

Application

  • Static and burst testing for valves, fittings, pressure vessels
  • Automotive brake systems and injector testing
  • Hydrostatic testing for material testing machines
  • Chemical injection into pipes/reactors, refrigerant charging
  • Power for clamping, forming, drilling, shearing, stamping
  • Overload protection for large presses, die cushioning and lifting
  • Power for rebar connectors, static & dynamic testing of aerospace components
  • Performance testing and calibration of instruments
  • High‑pressure cleaning, water jet for water cutting, fluid transfer in hazardous areas
  • Lubrication system oil filling for machinery
  • Clamping power for valve testing, press‑in/press‑out power for bushings.
