L2MD Series Double-Acting Air-Driven Liquid Booster Pump

CDI-L2MD series is single-drive double-acting air-driven liquid booster developed based on imported mature technology. It adopts 2/4 pilot valve to realize automatic reciprocating operation, driven by compressed air (working drive range:1.5~10bar). The pump generates high hydraulic pressure via area ratio between large air piston and small hydraulic plunger. Its performance parameters are consistent with CDI-L1M(ZTM) single-acting series; compared with same-spec single-acting L1M pumps, L2MD features smaller pressure pulsation and 50% higher flow rate. Max liquid outlet pressure reaches up to 400MPa, suitable for oil, water and most corrosive chemical liquids.
