ESD Dual-Valve Hydraulic Wellhead Control Panel Applied for Onshore Oil & Gas Well Control

CDI’s ESD Dual-Valve Hydraulic Wellhead Control Panel is designed following API, IEC and ASME standards for onshore oil & gas industry, focusing on dual surface subsurface safety valve (SSV) control for remote desert and inland unmanned well sites.

Recently, batches of these control panels have been delivered to UAE clients for on-site well testing projects, delivering reliable well safety control solutions and contributing to steady development of Middle East oil & gas industry.

This oilfield wellhead control unit combines air-driven pump and hand pump for dual backup power. It features automatic hydraulic pressure compensation and auto overpressure venting; the built-in pre-charged accumulator supports one-time full valve opening under power loss. The 304 stainless steel control cabinet reaches IP55 protection, while internal pipes and valves are made of 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

Key parameters:

• Max air supply pressure:1.0MPa,
• SSV rated working pressure:1500Psi (peak 3000Psi)
• Pilot loop pressure: 80~100Psi with a 30L oil tank.

It realizes local and 4-point remote ESD emergency shutdown, suitable for -20~65℃ and -50~1500m altitude working conditions, also available as test equipment for wellhead safety valve producers。
